This go-to lightener is for any and all lightening needs! Ideal for on and off-scalp application including foil highlighting, global blonding, contained or open-air lightening and more.

Pour 1 oz. Bleaching Powder into a non-metallic clean bowl.
Mix one part Pure Light Power Lightener to three parts PRAVANA Crème Developer or to the desired consistency.
Apply to dry hair. Blue/violet base neutralizes orange and gold undertones while lightening
Can be used on or off the scalp (use 10-20 volume developer for on-scalp application and 10, 20, 30, or 40 for off-scalp application.)

Lifts up to 7 levels
Dust-free and mess-free blue formula
Micro-encapsulated for time-released lightening
